Which areas do you cover?
We cover Surbiton, Long Ditton, Thames Ditton, Tolworth, Berrylands, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, Norbiton, Esher, Cobham, Oxshott, Claygate, Chessington, New Malden, Hersham, West Molesey, East Molesey, Walton on Thames, Weybridge.
Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum order for our services are as follows:
Ironing service £15.00
Wash & Iron service £15.00
Wash & Dry service £30.00
Dry cleaning service £15.00
You can place an order under our minimum but you will be charged the minimum. You can not combine services to reach the minimum.
If your Ironing service order comes to £11.70 and your Dry cleaning service to £12.60, you will be charged £15.00 for the Ironing service and £15.00 for the Dry cleaning service.
Is there a charge for collection and delivery?
There is no charge for collection and delivery.
What is your standard turnaround time for your ironing, wash & iron, wash & dry and dry cleaning service?
The standard turnaround for the above services is 48 hrs.
We provide 24hrs turnaround which is only available with our Ironing Service and it is with £5.00 surcharge which will be added to your bill. Please, note that this service is available in certain areas only. Contact us for more information.
When do you collect and deliver?
We do our collections and deliveries Monday to Saturday between 5.30 pm and 10.30 pm.
You will be given an estimated collection and delivery time slot when you book our service. The actual collection/ delivery time slot will be texted to you on the day your collection or delivery is due before 5 pm.
Please note that the collection/ delivery can happen anytime during the agreed time slot as we are unable to give you an exact collection/ delivery time.
How can I book a collection?
You can book collection using our "Book collection" form, via email to email@example.com or by phone on 07725 192 032.
Our office opening times are between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
How should I prepare my clothes for the collection?
Please, fold all clothes and place it in a bag that you would like them returned in. Please label your bag with your full name and address in order to avoid confusion. Labelling your bag is important and you have to do that for sure. We do not take responsibility for bags which are not properly labelled and closed. We can not collect items which are placed in baskets, boxes, suitcases etc.
Do I have to supply hangers and garment covers?
Many of our customers prefer to use their own hangers but if you are not able or forgot to provide hangers we will supply them free of charge. As we are about recycling we will ask you to return them with your next order so they can be re-used. We will cover all items that are on hangers with protective garment covers and all other items will be returned in the bag you provided or in our packing.
Do you hold an insurance policy?
Yes. We have a public liability insurance cover.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due on delivery. You will be informed prior to the delivery of what your amount due is.
We accept payment via cash and card on delivery or BACS prior delivery.
What happens if I'm not in when my ironing collection or delivery is due?
We will always agree on a collection and delivery slot with you so you can know when we will call to collect/ deliver your order. If you are not in when we call we will leave a note for you and you should contact us to arrange another collection/ delivery slot. A small charge of £5.00 will be added to your bill to cover additional mileages.
Or we can collect or deliver from a safe place (porch, back garden. service cupboard etc) or a neighbour.
Can you collect/ deliver from a neighbour or safe place?
You can leave your ironing with a neighbour or a safe place and we will collect/ deliver from there.
