Which areas do you cover?

Walton on Thames, Hersham, Weybridge*, Oatlands, Esher, Lower Green, Claygate, Oxshott, Cobham*, Stoke D'Abernon*, West Molesey, East Molesey, Long Ditton, Thames Ditton, Kingston upon Thames*, Hampton Wick*, Surbiton, Tolworth, Berrylands, Chessington*, New Malden*.

Do you have a minimum order charge?

The minimum order charge for our services is per service and it is as follows:

Ironing service £25.00

Wash & Iron service £25.00

Wash & Dry service £25.00

Dry cleaning service £25.00

You can book a collection even if your estimated bill comes under the minimum charge. The minimum charge for the service will apply.

You can not combine services to reach a minimum order value. 

However, if you have booked an Ironing Service,  Wash and Iron service or Wash & Dry service and you would like to give us a single item for Dry Cleaning you can do that. You will be charged the Ironing/ Laundry Service minimum amount if your order does not reach it plus the amount for the single item for dry cleaning. Please, refer to the dry cleaning price list page.

 

Is there a charge for collection and delivery?

There is no charge for collection and delivery in areas that are not under the ULEZ restrictions.

£3.00 collection/ delivery charge is payable for collections/ deliveries in all ULEZ areas.

 

What is your standard turnaround time for your Ironing Service, Wash and Iron Service, Wash and Dry Service and Dry Cleaning Service?

The standard turnaround for the above services is 48 hrs. Please, note this turnaround is not guaranteed and in busy periods may take longer for us to deliver your items back, but you will be informed at the time of the booking. 

 

When do you collect and deliver?

We do our collections and deliveries Monday to Friday between 8 pm and 11 pm.

You will be given an estimated collection and delivery time slot when you book our service. The actual collection/ delivery time slot will be texted to you on the day your collection or delivery is between 4 - 5 PM. 

Please note that the collection/ delivery time slot may vary slightly from the estimated slot you have initially been given and the collection/ delivery can happen anytime during that time slot.

How can I book a collection?

You can book a collection by visiting our Book Collection page. Our office opening times are between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

 

How should I prepare my clothes for the collection?

Please, place your laundry in a bag and label your bag with your name and address. Labelling your bag is important and you have to do that for sure. We do not take responsibility for bags that are not properly labelled and closed.  We can not collect items which are placed in baskets, boxes, on hangers without suit cover, suitcases etc.

 

Do I have to supply hangers and garment covers?

We provide wire hangers and garment covers free of charge. Many of our customers prefer to use their own hangers but if you are not able or forgot to provide hangers we will supply them free of charge.  As we are about recycling we will ask you to return them with your next order so they can be reused. We will cover all items that are on hangers with protective garment covers and all other items will be returned in the bag you provided or in our packing.

 

Do you hold an insurance policy?

Yes. We hold a public liability insurance cover.

 

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is due on delivery. You will be informed prior to the delivery of what your amount due is.

We accept payment via cash and card on delivery or BACS prior to delivery. 

 

What happens if I'm not in when my ironing collection or delivery is due?

We will always agree on a collection and delivery slot with you so you can know when we will call to collect/ deliver your order. If you are not in when we call we will leave a note for you and you should contact us to arrange another collection/ delivery slot. A small charge of £5.00 will be added to your bill to cover additional mileage.
Or we can collect or deliver from a safe place (porch, back garden. service cupboard etc.) or a neighbour.

 

Can you collect/ deliver from a neighbour or a safe place?

You can leave your ironing with a neighbour or a safe place and we will collect/ deliver it from there.
